Coach Monty Davis

Our coaching staff is awesome and very knowledgeable in the sport of Track & Field being involved with AAU Sports since the 1980s as competitors and coaches. Our Erie Lake Effect team travels and competes in the National Junior Olympics as well as the Indoor National Championships.

 

Everyone involved in the Erie Lake Effect program is trained in their individual event. Athletes compete in their age group and gender. We train all year round and seek top-level talent across the region to showcase Erie area athletes on a big stage.

YOUTH TRACK & FIELD

Erie Lake Effect offers training for athletes ages 5-18 with the opportunity to compete in a highly competitive AAU program. Off-season winter training is also available.

Track and Field Athlete

ESSP (Erie Speed, Strength & Power)

Our coaches also offer intense training programs for elite post- high school athletes working on their athletic careers... not just their next season.
