Erie Lake Effect participates in track and field competitions through the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) league. The AAU has been raising champions since 1888 and is considered the standard for amateur sports in the United States. The AAU is one of the largest, non-profit, volunteer, multi-sport event organizations in the world.
Erie Lake Effect Track & Field is a multi-age AAU track and field program offering in-season and off-season training for serious youth and collegiate athletes.
